Do I need API keys or developer access to connect anything?+
No. Every connection goes through Meta's own consent screen, one click, no API keys, app secrets, or copy-pasted tokens. If you can log in to Instagram or WhatsApp Business, you can connect it.
Can one agent handle Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp at the same time?+
Yes. You build the agent once, and it replies across every channel you connect, so a customer who starts on Instagram and follows up on WhatsApp still gets consistent answers from the same agent.
What happens to my access token if I disconnect?+
Disconnecting removes the connection immediately, on both Castor's side and the platform's, and your token is deleted. There's no lingering access after you click disconnect.
Is my data safe during the connection?+
Castor never sees your password. Tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, and each connection only requests the specific permissions its agent needs, nothing broader.
