Terms of Service

Castor is operated as a sole proprietorship based in Pakistan. By creating an account or using Castor, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Castor lets you connect an Instagram, Facebook, or WhatsApp business account and configure an AI agent that replies to messages and creates posts on your behalf, based on the business information you provide. Connections to Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp are made through our provider Zernio and the Meta Graph API. Castor is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.

• You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep your login credentials secure.
• You must have the right to connect any Instagram, Facebook, or WhatsApp account you link to Castor, whether it's your own or a client's with their authorization.
• You're responsible for the business information, replies, and posts your agent sends, since they act using content and instructions you provide.

Castor offers a Free plan and paid Starter and Growth plans. Current pricing is shown on our pricing page. Paid subscriptions are billed by our payment processor, Paddle, on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard billing settings. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not retroactively refund the current billing period unless required by law or Paddle's own buyer terms.

You agree not to use Castor to:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or content that violates Meta's or WhatsApp's platform policies.
• Send messages outside the messaging windows and consent rules those platforms require.
• Impersonate another person or business, or connect an account you're not authorized to use.
• Use the service for anything illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive.

Violating platform policies can get your connected account restricted or banned by Meta or WhatsApp; that's between you and those platforms, and Castor isn't responsible for actions they take against your account.

Castor's replies and posts are generated by AI models (Mistral AI for text, Cloudflare Workers AI for images) based on the business information you provide. AI-generated output can occasionally be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing the business information you give your agent and for monitoring what it sends. Castor is not liable for losses caused by an inaccurate AI-generated reply or post.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, if we're required to by a connected platform (such as Meta or WhatsApp) or by law, or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using Castor and delete your account at any time.

Castor is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated replies will always be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Castor's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business.

We may update these terms as the service changes. If we make material changes, we'll update the "last updated" date below. Continuing to use Castor after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
